The Stowe Foliage Arts Festival takes place October 9 through October 11, 2026. The festival is open from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
The festival takes place at the Stowe Events Field in Stowe, Vermont. For GPS directions, please use the address 120 Weeks Hill Road, Stowe, VT 05672.
Adult admission is $12 per day. Children fourteen and under are admitted free of charge.
Guests may leave and re‑enter the festival on the same day by receiving a hand stamp when exiting the festival gate.
Tickets will be available for purchase at the gate. Gate sales are cash only. Visitors may also purchase tickets online in advance or on their phone while at the gate.
When advance tickets are available, the purchase link will be posted on the Home page and the About the Festival page. Tickets purchased online are non‑refundable. Please have your digital ticket ready at the gate by opening the confirmation email on your phone. Guests with advance tickets will have access to a separate check‑in line.
Yes. Free parking is available on site at the festival venue. Parking attendants will be on hand to direct guests as they arrive.
The festival takes place on a level, grassy field. Accessible parking is available near the front entrance, and parking attendants will assist guests who need closer access.
The festival layout includes wide aisles inside the tents, throughout the outdoor exhibitor areas, and in the dining tent, which generally allows for comfortable navigation using wheelchairs or mobility scooters. In the event of heavy rain, ground conditions may become more challenging, and staff will take steps such as adding wood chips and adjusting tent openings to help maintain accessibility.
There will be clean and portable restroom units, including handicap accessible units plus handwashing stations regardless.
Yes. The festival takes place rain or shine. Large Camelot tents provide substantial protection from the elements, offering a comfortable experience even in wet weather.
The festival takes place outdoors, so we recommend coming prepared to enjoy the day comfortably. Helpful items to bring include comfortable walking shoes, weather‑appropriate clothing, and a reusable bag for artwork or food purchases. While most exhibitors accept credit cards, having some cash on hand can also be useful.
No. Live music performances in the dining tent are included with festival admission at no additional charge. Visitors are welcome to enjoy the music while dining inside the tent or outdoors when weather permits.
Children 14 and under are admitted to the festival free of charge. Some special activities may be offered by independent providers, such as bounce houses, pony rides, or craft tents, which may have separate fees set by the providers.
For safety and respect for exhibitors and their work, pets are not permitted at the festival. Certified service animals are welcome. We appreciate your understanding.
Smoking is not permitted inside tents or enclosed festival areas. Smoking is allowed outdoors in designated areas. For the comfort and safety of all guests, please dispose of smoking materials properly using the trash and receptacles provided.
All exhibitors at the festival, including food vendors, are independent businesses. Most accept credit and debit cards. Many also accept cash, and some may offer payment through services such as Venmo or PayPal. Payment options vary by exhibitor.
